Q: Are your prices + VAT?
A: No, we do not charge VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.
Q: Do you do single side printing?
A: We can do, but the price difference is minimal so we only offer double sided print on the website.
Q: What format does my artwork need to be in?
A: It needs to be in CMYK Colour mode, at a minimum of 300dpi and in either Print Ready PDF, Hi Res JPEG or TIFF format. If you are not sure, just upload your artwork after completing the checkout and we will check it over and get in touch with you if there are any problems.
Q: Once I have completed payment, what do you need from me to begin building my website?
A: We need your text content and any images and logos if you have them. We will email you shortly after we receive notification of your payment to discuss the details of your website.
